INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Phase 1: Setup – the setup phase is all about ensuring our project Management Team, are setup for success. That leadership support and resources are in place. That it has been built a clear case for changes. That has been identified all key stakeholders and put an initial communications plan between them in place.
Phase 2: Define – in this phase our Management Team analyse the current situation.
Phase 3: Develop – based on above definitions, details for the new process, including roles and responsibilities are additionally defined. Changes control is also required. Training of all involved personnel may be required.
Phase 4: Implement – Our Project Management Team, monitoring client staff, until the new process has become the way working properly.
Phase 5: Close Out – Our Project Management Team conduct assessments to ensure that the planning & scheduling process will stand the test of time.
Phase 6: Sustain – At the end of our implementation, Client has to put in place practices that will help the company to sustain what our Project Management Team has implemented.
